Processing Time
As part of my sustainability efforts, all items are made to order to prevent waste. Processing time for incense is 5-10 business days—this is to allow for the incense to dry properly prior to shipping. Processing time for candles is 2-5 business days.
I will always ship as swiftly as I can, but I appreciate your patience as I create and fulfill all orders myself :)

Shipping Policies
I currently only ship to countries within the EU, as well as UK, USA, Canada and Australia.
International Orders (Outside of France)
International shipments may incur additional fees i.e., taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are imposed by local governments—I have no control over this and cannot provide estimates. These fees are to be collected by the local carrier prior to delivery. For additional information you can contact your local customs office.
By placing an order with me, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs charges. Refusal of customs related fees will result in the package being returned to me. Once received I will issue a refund for the merchandise only, excluding all shipping costs.
Lost Packages
If a package sent with tracking becomes lost in transit, you will need to contact the carrier to file a claim—I cannot do this on your behalf. If after filing a claim, the carrier deems the package lost, I will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note that all packages sent without tracking will not be replaced if lost.
Stolen Packages
If your package goes missing or is stolen, I kindly ask you to contact your local post office and report a theft. I am not liable for items that are stolen after delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before check out is completed. I do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Returns + Exchanges
All ebooks and items purchased on sale or with a promo code are final sale.
Returns and exchanges of unopened product are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All shipping fees are non-refundable and paid for by the customer. Refunds/store credit is issued after the merchandise is returned and received by me. If the merchandise becomes lost in transit on its way back to me, no refund will be issued.
